We are thrilled when we hear you'd like to use Catherine Pooler Designs Products on your creations for resale! We do have a few simple guidelines to follow.
Catherine Pooler Designs images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.
When selling original stamped and die cut artwork, Catherine Pooler Designs may only be used to create original works.
Catherine Pooler Designs images (stamps and die cuts) may not be rented, sold or swapped.
All stamped art and die cut images must be individually hand stamped and may not be reproduced or copied using any means other than hand stamping. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, etc.
By selling stamped and die cut art, you assume all liability for your work and agree to indemnify Catherine Pooler Designs and its artist(s) from disputes arising from your work.
Catherine Pooler Designs products are protected under United States and international copyright laws and treaties.
Catherine Pooler Designs reserves the right to deny the use of Catherine Pooler Designs products in creations for resale and we may amend these policies at any time.
