What Makes our Dye Ink Special?
Solid, Smooth Images
With our foam pads, just a couple of gentle taps are all it takes to achieve full coverage on your stamp. Experience the magic for yourself!
Water Reactive
CP dye inks are water reactive, making them great for ever-popular water splotching and flicking techniques, as well as watercoloring.
Easy Blending
CP Inks stay wet for a few seconds, giving you the perfect window to blend stunning backgrounds with your colored ink pads.
Party Inks
The Party Inks are vibrant, saturated colors. With names like Fiesta Blue and Rockin' Red, they are bright, fun and they scream party!
Spa Inks
The Spa Inks are sophisticated colors with low saturation levels. With names like Tranquil and Shea Butter, they are perfect for a polished card design.
Neutral Inks
The Neutral Inks are your everyday essentials — think soft grays, warm browns, and the perfect black. These shades are versatile, easy-to-use and pair with just about everything.
Metallic Inks
The Metallic Pigment Inks are thick and rich in color. They stamp crisp images and sentiments that shimmer as they catch the light.
Pigment inks are slow-drying, archival, fade-resistant and acid-free.
Dry time depends on the surface used—inks will dry faster and be more permanent on more porous surfaces. Use clear embossing powder or spray fixative for improved permanence.
Color Made Easy
Our Color Made Easy system takes the guesswork out of choosing colors. CP Ink families offer perfectly coordinated tones and saturation levels within each collection. They mix and match effortlessly!
Feeling a fun, vibrant card? Choose colors from the Party Collection.

FAQs
We have experimented with all sorts of ink storage and found that our ink pads’ performance remains consistent regardless of whether they are stored right side up, upside down, or on their side.
However, as a precaution against rare accidental leakage, we recommend storing your ink pads right side up whenever possible. This ensures the longevity and quality of your ink pads over time.
Our ink pads are high-quality foam, but do require care. When using them in your craft room, be careful to avoid cross-contamination with different ink pads, liquids, glues, etc. Be sure to fully clean your stamps and tools before touching the ink pad and avoid rewetting the pads with anything other than the exact same dye ink color.
Foam pads may tear with a heavy hand, be sure to use care when re-inking your pads and doing techniques such as direct-to-paper to avoid damaging the foam. Small tears could occur in the surface of the foam over time with repeated use and should not affect the general functionality of the pad.
If you feel you have a defective pad, please email us within 30 days of receiving your product for a replacement.
We do recommend purchasing the ink refills along with the ink pads. Foam ink pads release ink easily, so if you stamp often or use techniques like ink blending and direct-to-paper, you will need to re-ink them often.
Midnight ink is a very black archival ink. It is waterproof and has smooth, even coverage. When stamping, all you need is a light love tap to prevent ink from getting into the negative spaces of your stamps.
Midnight works beautifully with Copic and alcohol-based markers. Heat setting is recommended on cardstock.
Midnight ink will stain your stamps.
We suggest immediately cleaning your stamps with Ultra Clean to minimize staining.
Check out the video, below, for more information about Midnight.
CP Metallic inks have a special formula, and take a bit longer to dry than our other inks.
Dry time depends on the surface used — inks will dry faster and be more permanent on more porous surfaces. We recommend using clear embossing powder or spray fixative for improved permanence. You can also try heat setting to speed up dry-time and see how it works on the cardstock you're using.
Welcome to the wonderful world of cardmaking! We have two main ink collections, Spa and Party. The Spa Collection has more soft, muted tones, and the Party Collection has more vibrant, bright colors. Choose your favorite! Neutrals are also essential in cardmaking.
If you're not sure what colors to start with, your favorite patterned paper pack is a great place to start! Each paper pack lists ink colors that coordinate with the different patterns.
